Chapter 8 revision went well last night. I might have had time to do two chapters. In fact, I think I'll make that my goal: six chapters revised per week. I'll probably need to do more than that to get done in time...in fact I'm sure I will. Rabble. Well, six chapters to start with and more if I can manage it. Boy, it's like this writing's a job or something. :)
I like the way the last few chapters have read. With a little luck, I know I have some characterization issues to fix, mostly with Isaac and Jacob's mother but I'm feeling pretty good so far. We'll see how the next few chapters go.
I'm also thinking more seriously about quitting gaming on Fridays. We'll see how tonight's session goes. I don't have high expectations.
On a different note, one of the writer's I met at Dave Wolverton's workshop is doing a little fantasy travelogue.
